  • Job Title: Account Manager - Leisure Focus Trust

    Location: Across all Leisure Focus Sites

    Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

    Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

    Position Overview:
    The Account Manager will be a primary representative of Get In Focus Media, ensuring that our client's account is meticulously managed and nurtured. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about marketing and communications, with a strong focus on digital development, social media, and graphic design. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in guiding companies forward, overseeing daily operations, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Representation:     Act as the primary point of contact for Leisure Focus Trust, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    Digital Development: Monitor and develop the digital aspects of Leisure Focus, including website and app development, ensuring that all platforms are user-friendly and aligned with branding standards.

    Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Leisure Focus team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the year, identifying sales opportunities and promoting engagement.

    Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales department to drive Leisure Focus sales, including gym memberships, swim memberships, and other sales initiatives within the leisure industry.

    Social Media Management: Support Leisure Focus in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance online presence.

    Graphic Design Oversight: Work alongside graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

    Communication Management: Oversee email communications, including Leisure Focus updates and promotional opportunities, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.

    Daily Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of Leisure Focus, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and addressing any arising challenges.

    Networking Events: Attend relevant networking events to build relationships within the leisure industry, promote Leisure Focus, and identify new business opportunities.

    Experience requirements:
    Proven experience in Marketing or a related field, preferably within the leisure or marketing industry.

    • ⁠Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and graphic design principles.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    • ⁠Proficient in marketing tools and software, including analytics platforms and graphic design software.

  • Job Title: Health and Fitness Content Creator

    Location: Leisure Focus Sites (5 locations)

    Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Leisure Focus is dedicated to promoting health and wellness across our five leisure centers and gyms. We believe in the power of fitness to transform lives and are looking for a passionate and creative Health and Fitness Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

    Job Description:

    As a Health and Fitness Content Creator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and fitness content across our leisure centers. Your role will encompass creating engaging and informative content aimed at all age groups, from workout tips to health and wellness advice. You will also promote our current staff, gym equipment existing and new, fitness classes, and new programs while integrating a social media strategy that supports our Sales Team's objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop, create, and manage health and fitness content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
    - Produce informative and engaging content for all age groups, including workout tips, health and wellness advice, and promotional materials for classes and equipment.
    - Collaborate with fitness instructors and staff to highlight their expertise and promote their classes and training methods.
    - Work closely with the Sales Team to align content strategies that drive engagement and support sales initiatives.
    - Incorporate a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
    - Edit and film content as needed, ensuring high-quality production that resonates with our audience.
    - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in health and fitness, adapting content strategies accordingly.
    - Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve outreach and effectiveness.
    - Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and collaborate effectively with colleagues across all five sites.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience in content creation, particularly in health and fitness or related fields.
    - Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies for engagement.
    - Proficiency in video editing and filming techniques.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    - Creative mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
    -Familiarity with fitness trends, workout routines, and wellness practices.
